Conyngham Brewing Company’s Jalapeño Lager won first place at the second annual Pennsylvania Farm Show Beer Competition in Harrisburg. The Competition was held Saturday, January 4th, 2020 and featured 262 craft beer entries from across Pennsylvania.
Conyngham Brewing Company brought home a first place ribbon for Jalapeño Lager in the fruit, herb, and vegetable category. It was also recognized as the second over all winner in the “Best of Show” category. Since opening in 2013, Jalapeño Lager has long been a crowd-pleaser at many PA bars and beer festivals as well as the top seller in the Brewery’s taproom. Brewmaster Marc Eble is proud that Jalapeño Lager was recognized among the best craft beers in Pennsylvania, and hopes the PA Farm Show Beer Competition continues to expand in the future. “It’s a great opportunity to showcase the unique flavors Pennsylvania has to offer.”
